Therazane
Ok. Remember princess Theradras in Maraudon?
You'll have the chance to meet her mother. In Deepholm, elemental plane of Earth, she has a faction for herself.
Therazane is the Cataclysm equivalent to the Sons of Hodir in Northrend. Yes, you'll need to raise your rep with these guys to have access to shoulder enchants.
You start at Hated, but just by doing the local quests you get to almost revered (around 10k/12k). So it's not that bad. And, contrary to the sons of Hodir, you can buy a tabard and raise the reputation in Dungeons.
A few dailies as well, 6 or 7 at revered, maybe more at exalted.
