Paladin pull / wtfpwn macro

Here is a quick macro to combine a pull with holy shield when out of combat with a hammer throw when in combat. In all cases you can hit shift to throw a shield:

/cast [modifier:shift] Avenger's Shield; [no combat] Avenger's Shield; Hammer of Wrath
