Healers have to watch out for Mimiron's Plasma Blast. Tanks have to watch out for Vezax's dark surge. DPS has to watch out for Jaraxxus Nether buff to spell steal. The raid has to watch out for Freya's adds health so they all can die together.

A few examples. Sure, your raid leader is running the mod and broadcasting, but you can help me a bit if you run your own mod so I don't need to tell you when, what or why. If I'm slow - like last night - you can pick it up and save the day.
