Peabo's current desktop

In case you where wondering what happened to me, well I'm still here, just running a 2 week experiment right now. I'm running a 5-box setup with 1 priest and 4 locks.

Here's my current desktop, 2 monitors, 1 keyboard and 2 mice are used to control Xsquilo and her Harem of Gnomes

I've been following that forum off and on for about a year, decided it was time to give it a go.

Wow - I saw a 5 group of shaman video once that was pretty insane.

So is this one of the setups where one button casts the exact same thing on all the locks? So you aren't making individual choices?

I 3 boxed in EQ as a healer, and 2 DPS and it was rather insane, I can't even imagine 5 though there was some insane guy that ran his own raid of 15 people i think.

I would be tempted to give that a try, but someone will have to come out here and do my set-up, then teach me how to set-up the macros, oh and while you're at it I am having network issues.... (j/k)

Yeah, right now all the locks are identical. Example: button 2 casts shadowbolt on the locks and nothing on the priest. button 5 casts immolate on the locks and sw:pain on the priest.

It's still a work in progress for me and it's still very basic at this point

I saw this video of 5 shaman doing the same thing. It was pretty amazing to watch 5 chain lightning destroying stuff.
